Product Information

UNIPAL represents a patented product line of corrugated pallets manufactured from pallet members. These corrugated lumber members are assembled using a method similar to that used to assemble “Lincoln Logs”. This pallet member construction provides “beam strength” comparable to that found in the construction of wooden pallets.

UNIPAL IV-A pallet

UNIPAL IV-A pallet is a "shipping platform" rather than a pallet, it can also be described as a "block pallet".


This design of pallet has no "beam strength" and because of this limitation it can not be readily used to transport loads that are not in units or in racking situations.


However, if the load is light (usually 0.5 tons - 1,100 pounds or less), the UNIPAL IV-A pallet may be an alternative. The choice of the top sheet will largely determine the capability of this pallet.
