Product Information

UNIPAL represents a patented product line of corrugated pallets manufactured from pallet members. These corrugated lumber members are assembled using a method similar to that used to assemble “Lincoln Logs”. This pallet member construction provides “beam strength” comparable to that found in the construction of wooden pallets.

UNIPAL II

The UNIPAL II is a true “skid” (no bottom sheet, top sheet optional). Many choose this configuration because of its wide open access for fork lift tines and when it is not to be used on conveyor systems requiring 4 way directional movements.

This design does not put the "footprint" on ground or lower load unlike the UNIPAL I or V does. However, by design it has a better ability to address certain racking requirements than other UNIPAL models. This is due to the easy forklift tine access which results in minimal pallet member interference.

The UNIPAL II design can transport loads in excess of 0.8 tons (1,800 pounds) and can also stack loads up to 3 tons (6,600 pounds) in warehouses.
